Also, von Selbstbeweihräucherung halte ich ja nicht viel … aber das hier ist echt der Knüller …
Mich erreichte heute folgende Email:
“Hi all,
We’ve come to a conclusion about our fourth nominee for the Employee of the Month reward. The delay in announcing it has again to do with the fact several candidates were to be considered for various reasons. You’ve given us a hard time again to agree on an individual for this edition but on the other hand it is good know your Team Leads are closely monitoring and detecting outstanding individual performance that is highly contributing to our overall CSC performance
For the month October, we finally agreed to reward Nadine Troeder from the German team.
Her outstanding performance reflected by involvement, proactively, good communication with BO, flexibility, extraordinary job dedication as seen in the fact she managed to establish a whole new procedure in very little time, going the extra mile to manage resolution are the main values that have contributed to make this decision.
With this award we want to recognize the values, above detailed, on which we have to base our day to day business in the CSC Barcelona.

Noch mal kurz in deutsch zusammengefasst: Ich bin Mitarbeiterin des Monats Oktober (Anm.: und ich darf immerhin voller Stolz sagen, dass es vom ganzen Call Center in Barcelona ist), meine besondere Leistung spiegelt sich unter anderem wieder im Einsatz, dem proaktiven Handeln, der guten Kommunikation mit dem Backoffice und meinem aussergewöhnlichen Einsatz, den man anhand des neuen Projekts sehen kann, welches ich in kurzer Zeit etabliert habe … :o)
Für die Ãœbersetzung bekomme ich bestimmt keinen Award ;o) … in englisch klingt es halt schöner.
